Google ReviewsOrdered food on line to pick up after work. It was ready when we got there to pick it up. Didn't eat it until we got home and it was the wrong food. We don't live in Ottawa. Tried to call them multiple times and got no answer. Ordered a breat and wing. Receipts said breast and wing, also states that Your meal was packed and double checked for accuracy. What we received was a leg and thigh, I will be stopping by to get money back since this went into the garbage.
If you like terrible service, rude staff, incompetent management, cold food and an hour wait for ‘fast food’, then this is the place for you! Who ever owns this dump should be utterly ashamed of themselves. The picture is my ‘fan favorite box’ Which obviously it isn’t.
I can’t believe this place is still open! Ordered 12 PC dark meat ORIGINAL for delivery. Door dash came and went and I saved the door interaction. KFC decided to give me 1/2 crispy, and the entire order was a bucket of grease! When I called the manager started yelling at me and telling me that it’s Door Dashs fault. She said they should have told me they substituted… huh??? How is it door dash’s fault? How is door dash responsible for their mess up? No call, no sorry, just a frazzled manager who decided to yell at me! Nearly $50.00 for something that wasn’t ordered and the entire greasy order was thrown away. Manager hung up on me. All I wanted was my money back. Never ever again! Pics of the nasty chicken below. That’s how it was delivered!!!!
The location is understaffed. I'm sure they're trying their "best" but nothing will ever change when they keep fibbing their numbers. You'll place an order online and then they'll mark it as ready. When you get there you'll still have to wait 10-30 minutes. Order an insanely overpriced bucket of chicken, and they'll tell you it'll be 45 minutes at the drive thru. Guarantee on paper nothing ever takes that long. Understaffed, overpriced, and mediocre food. It won't be In town much longer at this rate. Regional Manager deserves to be fired, General Manager too.
We ordered now twice from these people, and twice they have messed up our order. The first time my uncle had to wait an hour to get his food only for them to mess it up and not have any coleslaw. The second time was just as bad if not worse, They didn't give him the famous bowls he ordered instead just giving him 2 platters of corn and again there was no coleslaw
