We come here and they r always nice even if we have to wait a little due to them being busy and short staffed. I believe we normally have Julia take out order but today we had Taylor. She was so sweet. Had some extra coupons and let us use them for a little discount. Never had an issue here yet and if we have they fixed it right away. Thanks guys! 💙

I have been before and never had a problem. This time I ordered meals for my family and I without any problem. They gave me my receipt. I completed a survey on my receipt for a free dilly bar. After my meal, I went to redeem the coupon and the employee had trouble ringing it up in the system. They asked the supervisor for help and they told them how to do it. I had one more coupon for a free ice cream sundae that came with my son's kids meal. I gave that to the employee and the employee got frustrated and walked away. She stopped and spoke to another employee about how she couldn't deal with this customer with coupons and was done all while looking at me. I said I could hear her and she then disappeared to the back of the store. I stood up at the counter. No one came up to address me and finish my order. Finally after being ignored and the other employee never coming back. I said I was not going to tolerate the disrespect and got my family we went to the door. By then a supervisor came to the counter. I told them it was too late and that my family and I were going across the street to Culvers. Our experience was much better there. We had no issues and enjoyed our custard.

Three terrible experiences. Male manager (no teeth) called my pregnant wife a big back for ordering food. I heard him from register he was in kitchen. Time before that male manager was uncomfortably close to teenage girls in ice cream area. You could see how uncomfortable they were. Not sure what kind of place you’re running, but this guy is WEIRD! New blond manager needs to lay off the perfume too. Made us get head aches. Also heard her talking about meth when I came in with my son. Not appropriate at all. Never coming back here. Such a shame DQ been a life long place I’ve visited. Will go to Morris I guess from now on.

I ordered 2 pretzel stick were overcooked and very hard. Also ordered triple bacon ranch combo with fries that were missing from order.and lime slushy and a large onion rings that were burnt and inedible.. paid $26.82 this was the worst food I've ever gotten.. then called and got an answering machine and have yet to get a response back.. this is not how a business should be ran.. if you can't give out quality food for the prices you charge this is crazy..I wanted sone compensation and noone returned my call..

We were in and out quickly, staff was friendly and helpful and prompt. There was a ton of parking and lots of indoor seating. All the options for food and treats. Also our car window malfunctioned in the parking lot and they were kind enough to give us a plastic bag to patch it since it was raining. Thanks for a great experience!
