Foods wrong so it includes my allergens and the lady at window was rude and every thing we asked for was an inconvenience . (We had to ask for sauce multiple times) also acting upset over having to give a straw is insane. didn't have anything to say other than “anything else” and scoffs. So unbelievably unprofessional. 100% recommend driving to Pontiac or Ottawa, at least then you’ll have the correct food and decent service.

The young men running the drive through were very professional, efficient, and raised right. When taking my order he was very nice and professional. I had zero issues with my order. As he handed my order he wished me a nice evening and God bless. Nice to see some of the younger generations are still being raised right.

I’m honestly baffled by how a place that sells cheap tacos can have such atrocious service. It’s like they’re actively trying to piss you off. I walked in thinking I’d grab a quick bite, but what I got was a master class in how to test human patience. The line? A never-ending nightmare. Watching paint dry would’ve been more entertaining – at least paint doesn’t sass you back when you ask how much longer it’ll be. And the staff? You’d think they were all on vacation, judging by how slow and disinterested they were. Zero sense of urgency, zero apologies, just blank stares and shrugs. After waiting what felt like an eternity, I finally got my food – cold, soggy, and nowhere near worth the price or the wasted hour of my life. If I wanted to feel this disrespected, I’d just stand in the DMV line for fun. Taco Bell, if you’re going to charge me for fast food, the least you could do is pretend you care. I’m not asking for a Michelin-star meal – just a taco before I lose my damn mind.

This is how a gordita crunch is made. It was a surprise, but it was still good. Also, the other pic is a veggie bowl, it was good, but not $10.00 good if you know what I mean.

This is the best Taco Bell I've visited (Streator, IL). Very clean interior, including the bathroom. The employees appear to be happy and enjoy their jobs. The employees are also very nice and friendly. Every order is spot on with accuracy, unlike most other places. A+ service. The managers here are doing something right.
