Sandwiches were supposed to be deluxe and weren't. Missing one of the meats too.
I just got a pizza and there was two guys who were so rude and didn’t even greet us and one pf them didn’t even say a single word to me. They’re so rude. And in my pizza i said put more meyo and that guy intentionally put extra more mayo and with that guy this is how he behave all the time. He didn’t even know how to fold the box of pizza. And other guy just ignoring us and no communication between them. Also he didn’t even ask and cut pizza just give us as it is. I want refund for this. This happened on 9:30, 9th May,2025.
I came into subway tonight with my girlfriend, there was one worker working (young soft spoken girl) the counter while we could hear two people laughing & talking in the back. Another customer arrived, and the employee got two to go orders. All while the other two employees were still in the back. She did her best to get us out fast as subway isn’t a concept that’s easily workable alone with a line of customers and to go orders. Subway was out of something the employee went to check on for us and instead of the manager telling us they were out they had the employee do it.As a boss you should be the one to tell the guest you’re out of something especially when they’re working alone. I feel this employee deserves a raise. I work food service and management is a key part when running a successful business. So to the employee working thank you so being awesome and holding down the store while your managers didn’t help you.
I wouldn't give it 1 star! This place is not customer oriented at all, other businesses in this town has no problem fixing a problem. Isn't normally customer are right anyways? The Italian bread we got today was hard in places and the top was crumbling off, I refused to let my daughter eat it, we were on our way out of town so I didn't get to take the sub back in to show them. I've spent alot of money at this subway, but they won't get none of my money again, and I'll make it known what type of business this man and his assistant manager is running, she was very rude. She even told me that the people last night could have put them in too early. So you're telling me you know what issue it could have been but couldn't offer a refund or a replacement? Even the so called owner that called me back was rude and said oh he ate there today and it was great, sorry but any owner is going to say that about their business. Must not want to refund or replace for customers that have a complaint for reasons. I will never go back to this business again, I'll go to Jimmy John's before I go back here. Me and my family down as customers and many more to go with your poor service. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE IN THIS ENTIRE TOWN THAT WILL REFUSE TO MAKE A ISSUE RIGHT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.
