I think they try to suck. I hate that I keep coming back because there’s no good food places in streator. But they literally never get our order right.

JJ isn't my favorite sandwich place ever, but it's still consistently good. For what they do, they do it well. Staff is friendly and fast, location is clean.

Every single time I order from there I’m missing a portion of my order. Tonight they don’t close for another 15 minutes and the girl who answered the phone stated they are closing soon and could deliver the rest of my order tomorrow… ummm how does that feed my family TONIGHT? I told her this happens every single time I order from the Streator location. Her response “so what do you want me to do… do you want a credit?” Not “we will fix this problem” or “I’m so sorry, we will address this…”. Just attitude with no real solution for their professional performance. What a disappointment.

Freaky Fast.....NOT! I have been through the drive thru 4 times now, and it has taken 12-20 min. Evertime! I understand they are new and teaching new employees, but watching them thru the drive thru window is PAINFUL! they have no idea what to do..wondering around like the are lost. Measuring every sandwich with a knife to cut in half like they cant just find the middle and CUT! SMH! Currently sitting in the drive thru now, and had time to write this and I still don't have my food! I also had the "pleasure" of overhearing what I am guessing was an interview as I was waiting for a pick up order. It was laughable at best! Nothing professional about it what so ever. Do you self a favor, order through the app and pick up IN Store, so you don't have to wait 15+ min in the drive thru.
