Dunkin'

They are barely holding it together over here. I ended up with what I wanted in a reasonable time frame, which is most important. Their customer service is mid.

When you order a dozen donuts, and they only give you 10 but still charge you for the 12. You don't realize it until you get home and try callling them but the numbers they have don't work or go straight to voicemail. Also they never have what you order.

Me and my girlfriend get the dunkin from coal city on our way to work at 6am. The service there is not great but nothing compared to Streator. We’ve had burnt food numerous times, not mixed coffee with sometimes no syrups, plastic in the food from the cheese. I write this review cause last time we went we got the snacking bacon which is already $5-6 and they gave my girl only 2 strips.. barely scrapping the bottom of the bag it comes in. I have to walk in after ordering through the drive through only for the manager to yell at the one person cooking in a foreign language. The cook stares me down the whole time and then proceeds to add only 1 extra strip of bacon. We’ve never gone back since. Also reeks of flies all over the food everytime you go in. Check for yourself

My girlfriend and I usually don't have any issues getting our drinks made the way we want them. Today however, my girlfriend got treated like absolute crap in the drive through, and the lady in the drivethrough kept trying to say they don't mix any drinks up a specific way because "they just can't" and didn't give us larges either, only mediums. And would not mix any drinks for us. Or give me any extra espresso because it would've tasted bad.. meanwhile, in Ottawa, they do and will mix any drink we want and add any extra espresso we want no questions. The medium sized chocolate milkshake my girlfriend ended up getting cost 9+ dollars alone which is pretty ridiculous and way overpriced.

I would give it NO stars if I could! They have been out of skim milk for weeks and today they are still out of it so ordered a strawberry drink as an alternative and they are out of strawberry mix. I know they are hiring but who would want to work at a place that can't keep product in stock! I've been a loyal customer daily for a couple of years but after today I will go to Starbucks! BTW the owners or at least the man owner is the rudest person he should really do only the behind the scenes paperwork and not be up front by the customers!
