It's run down and they have screwed up simple orders on us multiple times. The lady at the drive thru window was monotone and clearly seemed liked she didn't want to be there.

During my lunch break today, I utilized the drive-through service. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by several issues. The young lady’s voice on the speaker was rushed and brief. Upon reaching the window, I did not encounter any significant delays. However, upon receiving my food and opening the bag, I discovered that the sandwich was barely wrapped in its wrapper. Regrettably, I was not provided with any napkins or a straw. Overall, I am quite disappointed with the quality of today’s lunch service.

Chose to walk inside since the parking lot might be newly tarred and wet. Left after 3 drive thru orders were taken and no one even said hello to me in the lobby. Left with a thanks a lot guys! Hope it hit them in the heart. I’ll just get breakfast and mcds across the street. No stars for the employees here

I'm fairly disappointed with my experience tonight. I ordered 2 crispy chickens, no modifications, and received 1 tiny bitter wilted leaf of lettuce as well as little to no mayonnaise on both of them. We also ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers plain and the patties were very dry. I feel bad for leaving a negative google review however I was not given a receipt so I could contact through the website.

I went tonight at 10:20ish pm. I recieved a soggy wrap thrown in a wrapper and a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger that had probably been sitting in the garbage by how cold it was and how freaking hard the bun was. I took a bite and spit it out! So disgusting. I will never be back here. Disgusting place.
