Casey's

no offense, but i sincerely hope whoever made my pizza last night never makes another pizza again. 0 sauce. tons of cheese. a whopping total of 9 pepperonis on my large pizza. i honestly couldn’t even eat it. not getting pizza from this casey’s again :(

Wow, nasty! I've enjoyed there taco pizza for years, not anymore! I usually order from a different store without any issues. This store covered my pizza in ROTTEN lettuce. The whole pizza was covered in slime. Not just gross, dangerous to eat. This thing would make you sick. Order elsewhere. This place is nasty!!!! Nobody could possibly put this on a pizza and think it's OK. Truly disgusting.

Two days ago, I forgot a purchase at the counter because I was in a hurry to get to work. Called back in 15 minutes and the Store Manager "Julie" said "yep", you forgot them. Brought it to me at work when she was off duty!!!! That's above and beyond!! Also Assistant Manager Holly is "top notch"!! Always polite, professional, and has a smile. The whole staff is great!! Appreciate all of you!!

The food is generally okay. The man named Tim who works the night shift is literally the worst cashier you will ever have. You could bring seven items to ring up and he will not offer you a bag. If you ask for a bag he will simply tear one off and hand it to you to personally bag your own items. If the kitchen is busy and he is not he will not be a team player and help out. I have seen this man on several occasions treat myself and other customers with the utmost disrespect. I imagine the only reason he is kept around, is because he is a body that comes in and works the night shift. I shudder to think how his coworkers must feel. Hopefully this man will be replaced in time. I will be avoiding this Casey's and making the trip to spring valley after 11:00 p.m. for the foreseeable future.

I have order from Casey's all the time (not sure why after today). Their pizza quality has gone down hill for a while now, so I decided I'll order a burger, drinks and other things for a change. Every time I order I have a message to contact me via phone and I will meet them outside...normally yes this happens this time no. They left it inside the foyer. No phone call. Unless I would have gone to that area I would not have known my order was delivered. To top it off in my comments in my order I asked for the items to be put in a bag because the last time I ordered a pizza the extra's did not come in a bag, dropped my pizza and had to eat a smashed pizza (not happy) AND again no bag for the several items I ordered. Every time I ask for a square cut on pizza.....never happens, One time they tried fixing this mistake and tried to cut the pizza into square. I ended up with teeny tiny pieces..just floored me. Not sure what is going on at this particular Casey's but pretty sure it's new kitchen staff, different delivery person. Won't be ordering ever again from them. I understand that people try...this time was the last time I put up with garbage service.
