Google ReviewsWe have been coming to Prime Quarter as a family to celebrate on many occasions. Last night was a very special time for our family and we were lucky enough to have the best waiter that we had ever had during one of our visits. Erik was attentive, humorous and very personable. We enjoyed truly enjoyed our experience with him as our waiter. Of course as always the steaks were fantastic, the bread was fresh and the big beers were icy cold.
Ignored our table countless times, only have 2 servers, shouldn’t have 1 server per half of the restaurant. Food was terrible, I think other customers should’ve been the servers at least they talked to you. Appetizers came out after our meal(when we asked for them waitresses face lit up, could tell she didn’t even put our order in yet) had our coats on ready to go, to go containers packed still took over 2 minutes to bring a receipt but had plenty of time to take 6 trips to our table to clear it off. Everyone around us got asked if they wanted A1 sauce or other sauces, never asked us once. Countless comments were made about our service with waitresses right next to us hoping to be heard….. nope ignored . Absolute terrible place in my opinion especially for a first visit for half of our table. Pricing definitely not worth the atmosphere in this place. Got slammed into acrappy table were bars were right behind our seats or a wall, couldn’t sit comfortably at all. Reservations and all terrible outcome!!
Food is great, love the salad bar and the steaks are great cuts. We've always grilled our own - so can't comment on having them grilled for you. Service is 50/50. I've had mostly great service here up until recently, went last night and our server was NOT friendly or accommodating, and during our visit she only had our table of two and two other tables of two. She never gave us her name, we only saw it on the bill, Bryanna - also they set up these tables in the back of house in the most insane ways, this is the second time we've been thrown in a table that you literally have to pull the table out to get up or climb over the chair to sit down. Seems like a fire hazard honestly or a trip and injury lawsuit waiting to happen. And I'm a 135lb woman, It's not like it's hard for me to get places lol. We love the food so we will be back and just request another server or the bar..... i think retraining and adjusting some seating in the back would help make your customer more comfortable!
Stopped here while we were in the area for dinner. No reservations around 5:00 on a Saturday evening. Nice "Supper club" atmosphere. We were able to get seated pretty quickly, but it seemed like we may have been lucky in that regard without a reservation. Steaks are all the same price, a novel idea, adjusted for quality merely by weight of the cut. It's around $34 if you cook it yourself on their large charcoal grill area, two bucks extra if you have them cook it. The salad bar, which was fresh and good but smaller, is included and all you care to eat. My wife got the filet, I the sirloin 20-22oz), and our youngest the kids burger. Everything was good, flavor of the steak was very good, but being a sirloin was a bit over done and not too tender. That said, it's a sirloin after all. The filet didn't have the same characteristics, being a smaller, higher quality cut. Definitely will be back, but maybe I'll go with a strip next time. Update: I went with the Kansas City strip on another trip. I found it to be very juicy, flavorful, and as tender as you would expect from this cut. I also had the seasonings added this time. It's basically Montreal steak seasoning, good but a little over powering for my taste. I may revert back to the unseasoned selection on my next visit, but there is bound to be a next visit!
Waitress was grumpy. Poor attention to drinks.... Grilled our own steaks, which isn't what I wanted to do since I do that allot as it is, but what can I say, I'm really good at it, the meat quality was really good so it worked out well. You can have them cook it for you for an additional $3 bucks, but my party wanted to try the do it yourself approach. All that said, the place was very nice, meal was good. I liked it!
