By the way- if you order online your food will be ice cold. Supposedly the "oven they use for online orders doesn't heat things correctly." Maybe I'm wrong, but if I'm paying $16 for my meal it should absolutely come made correctly. I was told that I could bring the item back and they would remake it in store. Sorry, but I'm not coming back after I already drove home because the food was made incorrectly. Kicker of it is- I called BEFORE HAND to ask if my online ordered food could be warmed up (because this is not the first time I got an ice cold protein bowl and I just assumed they just didn't warm the meat in them) and I was told they are required to heat it due to health codes. Very disappointed. I'll be getting in contact with corporate to make sure they replace their "faulty oven".

If you go inside to order, the place is great! However, the drive thru is very much a 50/50 chance. You get ranch? You'll either have a great sandwich or a McCum burger. You can guess which one I got this time lol. Had to wipe off my sandwich, you can see the damage from just the wrapper 💀

I placed an order online for dinner for my family, I figured if I ordered online, it would be ready when I got there. I got there, and it was ready . I looked in the bag and saw the chips and 3 foot longs, I didn't figure I had to unwrap the sandwiches to see if they were right since there was no one in line or in the drive thru. When I got home and opened up the sandwiches, it didn't have any ham or cheese! just condiments olives, lettuce, and onions. So now I have given my sandwich to my kids. I didn't want to go back or call and talk to the teenagers who were running the business. I spent a lot of money there! I will no longer go there again!! Jimmy John's has my business now!!

I would not recommend going to this store!! Ordered 3 sandwiches on line for in store pick up at 7pm. One sandwich was made at 7:20pm and the employees said they were out of meatballs for the meatball subs. We did not want a substitute so they said they could warm some up. Got home at 7:45pm to find two cold meatball subs and one sub that had been sitting made for 20-30 minutes. One meatball sub was supposed to be toasted and was not. Poor experience and food quality.

Unfortunately didn't have a good first experience. To go order was not ready, waited extra 10 minutes before asking what's going on. Order was received, but no receipt printed to make it. One employee did apologize a few times. I patiently waited and said no worries. 20 minutes later, it was finally ready. Thought it would've been nice to get a free cookie or something, but received nothing. I even had tipped on the order which wish I didn't. All was well till I got home 5 minutes away. The chicken on the sandwich was ice cold as if it wasn't even heated up. Too go orders are made in the back so didn't see it made. Sandwich was supposed to be toasted and was not warm. Made sloppy and wayyyyy too much sauce. Sidekick items were not made well and those are just warmed up. I guess pick up is not the way to go.
