Such a shame how rude the employees here are. I did a mobile order and i understand that they needed more time however the app didnt say this but it said ready… my fault for showing up when it said to but yet when i got there i was told they needed more time and got attitude from the ladies on the speaker and drive thru just to get my drink and its not even blended. but again please understand how the app works because it told me ready and yet i get poor treatment and a low quality drink.

Pretty solid Starbucks spot. Location is good, easy to get in and out. Place is clean and staff is friendly. Parking is simple, and if it’s full you can always use the drive-thru. Overall, a nice stop and I’d recommend it.

So I use to be a huge fan of Starbucks and I was so excited a few years ago when I found out they were opening in ottawa. At first it was perfect 👌 but lately it is anything but. Every time I go there I use the App to pre order my drinks because I know they get busy. The last 6 times I was there I still had to wait between 15-45 minutes. Ive actually gotten back to work late from lunch because i waited my entire lunch hour for a drink! To be honest if it was just the wait time I'd deal with it. But after waiting for over 30 minutes to finaly get my drink and for it to be wrong EVERY TIME is just to much! Especially when the prices are anything but cheap & they charge extra for everything. When you customize your drink and wait that long just to discover they forgot to line the cup with carmel drizzle, add an extra shot, don't add the suger, don't add the whipcream or when you ask for no whipcream they still add it and so on its rather disappointing. If it only happened once in a while that's one thing (accidents happen) but every time that I get my order its wrong. Sometimes by the time I take a sip I've already left and realize they didn't add the extra shot or the suger. When I do catch it while im still in store I simply can't sit around waiting another 30-45 minutes for them to remake it. After waiting that long all you want to do is leave. So I will not be returning any time soon; I'll get my kick of caffeine from some place else (Jeremiah Joe's, Dunkin Donuts, Downtown Nutrition)

Not sure what happened the weekend of 6/8/24 but this is the 2nd time this weekend our orders have been completely wrong in some way shape or form. Saturday I got a drink that asked for no fruit. Drink came with fruit. GF asked for no dairy in her drink because it messes with her stomach. Few hours later her stomach is in knots. Sunday I asked for mango dragonfruit and got pineapple. A complete different colored drink. 😑 I will drink them but it's not what I asked for. Never dealt with this here before and I'm kind of shocked.
