Google ReviewsCame through the drive thru for a sprite and a shamrock oreo McFlurry. At the first window they ask you if you’d like receipt to get you through the line faster so I said no thank you. When I got to the window I got my sprite but was pulled for the McFlurry. When I got the McFlurry I realized it was just Oreo when I went back in to ask for a shamrock when approached but a very rude employee even before discussing my problem when I told her she said she can’t do anything without a receipt but you’re telling me you can’t reload a order that was just placed less than 5 minutes ago? I work at a fast food restaurant and know very well you can. This place has disappointed me plenty of times but this was a simply mistake that just needed a simple fix.
Went through the drive through today. Ordered one of the new hot honey chicken sandwiches. Got home to eat it and it made me sick. The crispy onions looked greenish brown in color and were soggy. I was under the impression but could be wrong that the sandwich also came with bacon on it. There was none. In defense if it wasn’t supposed to have it no big deal. Also we had a coupon and a veteran discount which I stated when we ordered. Got to the window and had to explain again. Took the coupon off then forgot the military so had to be reminded again. Not so overly worried about that to much as it got rectified but the food was terrible. I did not call management because I live out of state and was visiting for the day. I believe the sandwich itself could have been made better and was most likely not made correct. As for the 2 plus hour ride home across the Mississippi after eating it that was less than pleasurable to say the least. I think your staff can do much better.
RUDE! Rude. And RUDE! I can’t even begin to explain how many things are wrong with this location. Fast food in general isn’t perfect I get it. After 15 years in food service I totally understand. Never have I ever worked in fast food so I can’t 100% relate. But customer service is the same anywhere you go. As for my most recent (rarely do I ever stop for fast food) I pull up as they are installing new drive thru boards. Cool. Good for them. One lane blocked off. Second one, black screens and nothing after waiting so I decide to pull up to the first window and ask if they are taking orders at the window. The older woman chuckled and said no you do that at the screens. I explained they were not on and again gave me a disbelief response saying it was waiting…. Uhhhh what?!?! I was just there waiting and nothing. So I drove off and went somewhere else. If I was wrong I’m wrong but don’t chuckle or act like I’m an inconvenience to your day. This is the last straw for me and this location. Never have I ever had so many things go wrong in a place with little to no respect from the employees there.
My sandwich was put together a little messy but tasted good. Self Service machines had no number tents on them so ordering there was not a thing. I ended up ordering on the app and sat at a table. Place was clean and had Halloween decorations up which was cool. Would eat there again.
I was so impressed by this place. First thing I saw is that the place is clean , no food on the floor or dirty table even outside is so nice( spring flowers around the building), the order was made with care , fresh products and fast service, the customer service is very nice . And not the last one the food was tasty.
