I never once im my life have been able to blindly hand someone money and tell them to get me "anything" more than I have here. There is not a single thing I wouldn't order here and the employees are always incredibly welcoming and attentive. My family literally drives hours just to eat here after I introduced them to it. And if you have the privilege, try and make it in for rib night. I feel like I didn't know good food before these guys opened, but thankfully these guys knock it ut of the park every night they open and it's always worth so much more than what you end up paying. KEEP KILLING IT GUYS!!!

Long overdue, but easily one of the best BBQ restaurants in the Bureau County area! The smashburgers are fantastic, the loaded potatoes are my usual go (I highly recommend the pulled pork topped with mac and cheese), and the garlic cheese curds never disappoint. Its a community ran business with owners who care about service and putting out the best product possible... I don't hesitate and still happily refer people I know to try them out whenever I can! The least I can do is share my positive opinion and highlight a great local eatery! 11/22/25: added more pictures of their great food items and honestly they tomato soup grilled cheese bread bowls they had earlier this year were amazing! 1/16/26: They just started offering tacos as their thrusday special and they do offer a good variety with the brisket birria being my favorite!

Gotta give a quick shout-out to Rossy’s for their first Pasta Night. I had the chicken parm and it was really good. Solid portion, great flavor, and the chicken was cooked right. Even better, it was still very hot halfway through eating it. If this was their first go at Pasta Night, they nailed it. Definitely hope they keep it going.
