Grateful for this kind of store in a small town. Lori is super helpful and love the Gluten Free Options. Great healthy to go meals for a quick supper after work. Provides natural supplements, groceries, and amazing baked goods and meals.

LOVE THIS STORE! I was so happy to find a store that had soooooooo many gluten free, sugar free (or keto), dairy free, and egg free options. I found so many good things here and the ladies working were so nice and helpful. Tried out their baked items and omg I will be back. SO GOOD!

Optimal Health is a wonderful place to shop for special dietary and aromatherapy needs. The ladies that helped me locate my grocery needs were so very nice, genuine and knowledgeable. If they don't have what you need they will try to either order it or help you locate it elsewhere. While there, I learned that they hold classes in regards to health topics such as diet and such. Very nice atmosphere to shop.
