This is not Chicago, you do NOT need to lock your restrooms! Very Rude how you need to justify that you spent 2 dollars! Does that include gas purchase or just in-store purchases? The gas prices are always higher than the rest and drinks are warm! Go somewhere else !

The staff was extremely rude. The bathroom was locked. When I asked what’s going on with the bathroom, the guy at the register just said it’s locked and walked away. I assumed someone was in there. When nobody came out, I asked him, are you able to unlock it or what’s going on? He said it’s only for paying customers rudely and walked away. Of course we would pay if using a gas station restroom, every single time. I told him I would purchase something and then he finally unlocked the bathroom. To leave the bathroom, you have to be buzzed out otherwise it is locked and you are locked in!!! The bathroom was disgusting, toilets dirty and not clean. 👎👎 I also bought chocolates, one of which was expired, 2 years ago!!

All I wanted was to buy a coffee and put $10 on pump 8. When I went to the resister on the left the lady walked away. I went to the register on the left and waited while a large group came in and began to be assisted immediately. I went to stand behind them. A new customer walked up after the line went down a bit then a guy opened that second register to the right and asked her to come be served at that register. I’m frustrated at this point because it feels like EVERYONE is being taken care of but me. The new lady either wanted to shop more or forgot something because she left after looking around then the guy at the register looks at me then walks off so I get back in the first line. After a while the guy comes back and tells me to just come to his register. I hand over my coffee and tell him which pump I want the gas on and then the last from earlier walks between us (mind you I’m at a counter. Absolutely NO personal space) as if I’m not even there and reaches over to hand him something and then he acts as if I’m not there either. He then starts to tend to her instead. I poured out my coffee and got gas in Morris instead. They embarrassed me in a big way.

we stopped here hoping to get some snacks and use their restrooms. The restrooms were blocked off, and when we asked about it they said they were “permanently closed”. The cashier was on the phone and answered rudely when we asked.

I stopped to play their gambling machines. I won but the machine did not print my ticket to pay me. When I asked about it I was told the manager would be there at noon. Called at noon & told the manager would be there at 3. Called at 3 & was told the manager wouldn't be in til 1 tomorrow then hung up on. The number they provide is a non working number. Cheating customers...not a good way to do business!
