Google ReviewsWhat they lack in food quality they make up for with views....fries were great! Pulled pork sando...not so much
We were in the grill, the only patrons, the entire time that we were there for dinner and only two tables outside were occupied. I had a grilled chicken cesar. I could not even peirce my chicken with my fork. The waitress came to our table once then stood at the bar talking to an off duty waitress. We knew she was off duty because when we came in we told her that we had a reservation for 7. She said, "Well, this is my day off, but I guess I could pull two tables together. " I'm sorry but the red flags cried RUN!!! We were inside remember, we were batting flies the entire time we were there!! I hate to leave this review, but I would hate to have someone drop money like we did and have this same experience. Coming from a woman who was born and raised in Ottawa and came back from N.C to visit my 93 year old Mom. We spent our last night together here before we head back tomorrow. Truly makes me sad.
We’ve been here maybe 7 times now over the past 4 months and we love it. Good service, love the atmosphere of the patio overlooking the harbor (never have sat inside), and we’ve loved all the food. My fiance always gets the lobster roll and loves it (even though it’s cold), we LOVE the fries, and I’ve tried a few different things - the salads, the wraps, the pork sandwich, sliders, and all the apps have been great (the apps change too - we’ve had crab dip and baked goat cheese). Also shoutout to Gabi! She was our server on 4th of July and she was awesome. Very attentive and friendly.
Went to hear my friends Band play there yesterday. Nice Venue. There's a white sand beach in front of the stage that people can sit in & Children play. The only negative I experienced was how much they wanted to charge for a small plastic cup of Titos Vodka & Lemonade - $8.50 !!!!
Bluegill has been closed the last week and just reopened under a new general manager. The menu has been completely revamped and is fish and seafood forward. I had a Cobb salad and my daughter had Scottish Salmon with pumpkin risotto. Both were excellent. Bruschetta for an appetizer and cheesecake for desert did not disappoint!
