Anchors Away Bar & Grill

First visit we had burgers which were great and fresh. Second visit we went to the morning buffet. The pancakes are amazing. Almost like shortcake or sponge cake. I'm not a pancake person, but these were so delicant. Everything on the buffet was great!

My family loves this place. Tucked in a marina on the river. The pancakes are amazing with a nice little breakfast spread and good cocktails. It's a nice atmosphere!

Great view right on the Illinois river. You can sit on the deck and look at the beautiful scenery! Food is awesome and staff are friendly and courteous! Open to the public, come check it out!

Sat outdoors on deck, shared Pretzel Bites app & Philly Cheese Wrap w/homemade chips (“petals”). Delicious food, cold beer, and good service!

I'm pretty critical and I have to say I was was very impressed with this restaurant. The food is great and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Heard it's under new management and they've done a really nice job with the place!
